Scroll Viewport Cloud 2021-06-16

We are pleased to announce the release of Scroll Viewport 2021-06-16 which is an improvement and bug fix release.

In this release we have improved support for several Confluence macros and have introduced the search results page as a new, configurable template to the visual theme editor. It’s also now easier to navigate the different template sections in the theme editor thanks to some visual changes.

This release also includes improvements to the site generation performance. Updating the site is now faster for sites that have a lot of files attached to their pages but that don’t use all attachments visibly on those pages.

Highlights

The Search Results Page (and a new customization option) is now part of the Theme Editor

For now, the new template setting for the search results page comes with one customizable option: the Filter layout. With this option you can choose to show the search filters on top of the search results (horizontal) or on the left side (vertical).

See search results filtered by content source - directly on the portal page

We have introduced a new option that adds a content source filter to the search field on the portal page. With the help of the portal page’s quick search feature, you can now see search results for a specific content source directly on the portal page - without having to go through the full-screen search results page first.

Enable the additional filter in the Portal section of the theme editor (under Search).

Improved support for Confluence macros

When adding the attachment macro to a Confluence page, we now show a help center optimized output. The macro will show as a simple table that includes the file name, the file type and the modification date and excludes the upload area and other details.

Tables in Viewport now respect and show the text alignment in table headings and the table cell background colors that you have set in Confluence.
