Download and Install a Theme as a File

This guide describes how to download viewport themes as a JAR file, and how to install one of these JAR files to your Confluence system.

Download a theme as a JAR file

To save a theme as a JAR file, navigate to the theme management screen at Confluence Administration > Scroll Viewport > Themes, and then click Download for the relevant theme.

Install a theme in JAR format

You can install these JAR files like this on the Confluence add-on management screen at Confluence Administration > Manage add-ons > Upload add-on.

After you have selected the theme you want to install, and installed it, the theme will be available in all spaces.
