Seeing "Error Loading Children" in the Page Tree

Problem

When updating Confluence or Scroll Versions, the page tree does not load and the message "Error Loading Children" is displayed instead.

Environment

• All Scroll Versions versions
• All Confluence versions

Resolution

• Rebuild your Confluence index as described here: Content Index Administration.

Cause

The pages are not indexed correctly.

How to give us more information about this error:

We've improved the JavaScript Logging in Scroll Versions 2.4. The logging can be checked using the Firefox web console or a similar tool depending on your browser.

To be able to further analyze the problem it would be great if you could send us a screenshot of the console when the error occurs to help@k15t.com.
