We are pleased to introduce Scroll Documents 3.0.0 which introduces a new data model to the app.

Highlights

New Data Model

The new data model will advance Scroll Documents as a full-fledged solution for technical communication and prepare it for advanced content management, version, variants and multi-language support.

The new model does not change how you use or experience the app. It does, however, change the way documents are created and managed under the hood.

When you upgrade the app, your documents will be automatically migrated to this new format.

Copy and Replace

Scroll Documents will not support copy and replace functionality anymore. However, we will be investigating more sophisticated publishing mechanisms for the future.
