Scroll Documents 2.0.3

We are pleased to introduce Scroll Documents 2.0.3. In this version - 

• We have fixed false positives in the diffing tool when comparing content with  Children Display, Table of Contents, Expand, and Contributors Summary macros.
• The performance of the diffing tool is better than ever before.
• We've introduced a horizontal scroll in the document reader when there are large images to prevent them from being cut-off
