Export and Publish Variants

Export variants as PDF or Word files with complete control over styling using the Scroll Documents integration with the Scroll PDF Exporter and Scroll Word Exporter apps.

To export a variant to PDF or Word, you must have the Scroll PDF Exporter or Scroll Word Exporter app installed.

Export from the Document Reader

1. From the Document Library, click Read on a document card. The reader dialog displays.

2. Click the export button and select Export to PDF or Export to Word. The export document dialog displays.

   1. Select a template and export settings for PDF or Word.

   2. Select a variant from the variants dropdown.

Export from the Document Manager

1. From the Document Library, click on a document card. Now you are in the Document Manager

2. From any version in the version list, click the Export button and select Export to PDF or Word. The export document dialog displays.

   1. Select a template and export settings for PDF or Word.

   2. Select a variant from the variants dropdown.
