Backbone Issue Sync 3.5.9

Hello from the Backbone Issue Sync team. We're happy to present Backbone Issue Sync 3.5.9, which includes a number of improvements and bugfixes. These are the most important:

We solved a problem preventing pre-3.5 versions of Backbone from connecting to later versions
We fixed a bug that prevented users with project admin permissions from creating certain mappings
