Communication Channels of your choice – Email, File or HTTP(S)

No matter how you and your partner have set up your JIRA infrastructure, Backbone Issue Sync provides a communication channel that allows you to integrate with each other.

• File

Information Hiding

Stay in full control of the information you share with the partner during configuration. No project settings will be sent to the partner. They are only aware of aliases you mapped your issue types and fields to.

Encrypted Message Exchange

All communication channels support a secure transport mechanism.

• HTTPS - SSL encrypted messages (already since 2.0)
• Email - PGP encrypted messages
• File - PGP encrypted messages
