Sprint does not exist

Symptoms

An issue does not get synchronized and appears in the troubleshooting section with the category 'Sprint does not exist' and the message <Sprint Name> on <Board Name> with id: 2 does not exist.

Cause

The sprint does not exist in the specified board

Resolution

This problem can be solved in two ways:

1. create the sprint with the required name in the required board
2. allow Backbone to create the missing sprints by activating Create missing sprints in the field mapping configuration
